What personal data do we collect and why we collect it?

Personal data and other information may be collected also from indirect sources, such as public websites, Surgify’s other registers, partners’ registers or supervisory authorities’ and other authorities’ registers to the extent provided for by applicable law.
In the case the personal data consists of date of birth, personal identification number and/or nationality (or other similarly sensitive information), the source of such personal data is always the data subject in question.
Who we may share your information with?
We do not sell your personal information. In general, Surgify uses the personal data only for its internal business purposes and does not transfer the personal data to any external parties except in situations described below.
We reserve the right to provide your personal data to third-parties who work for us for the purposes for which the personal data was initially collected, e.g. by assisting Surgify in facilitating and providing its services as well as fulfilling its obligations towards employees, authorities, customer and co-operation partners.

- Right to restriction of processing. You have the right to request Surgify to limit the extent of the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Right to data portability. You have the right to request to receive your data in a common and machine-readable electronic format, under certain conditions.
- Right to object to processing. You have the right to complain and to object to our processing, under certain conditions.
- Rights related to automated decision-making and profiling. You have the right to request not to be subject to decisions without human involvement.
- The right to lodge complaint – Data subject has right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in the event the data subjects have concerns or remarks regarding Surgify’s processing activities.
