We are excited to welcome three new colleagues who strengthen Surgify across sales, market development, and finance as we continue to scale globally.
-Nathan Francois joins Surgify as Vice President, U.S. Sales:
Nathan brings extensive experience in medical device and surgical sales, with a strong track record of building sales organizations, working with distributors, and expanding hospital access across the U.S. He has led national teams, delivered consistent revenue growth, and worked closely with surgeons across spine, orthopedics, and biologics. His experience will be key as we continue to grow our U.S. presence.
-Matthias N. Berggrein joins as Market Development Manager, EU Distribution
Based in Denmark, Matthias brings experience in surgical innovation, product leadership, and value-based selling. With a background at Olympus and close collaboration with surgeons and OR-teams, he will focus on developing our European distributor network and supporting clinical and commercial collaboration across the region.
-Johan Palm joins Surgify as Group CFO
Johan brings broad financial leadership experience from growth companies and large multinational organizations. His background includes financial strategy, governance, reporting, investor and bank relations, and scaling international operations. He will play a key role in strengthening Surgify’s financial foundations and supporting long-term growth.
