Dr. Mick Perez-Cruet, MD, at Waterford ASC in Waterford, Michigan, recently used a 3 mm Surgify Halo™ in a single-level lumbar decompression procedure. He shared positive feedback on the quality and consistency of the bone collected for autograft use.
Bone was collected intraoperatively using the BoneBac Press for re-implantation. Dr. Perez-Cruet noted that Surgify Halo™ did an excellent job in bone resection and produced consistent particulate for autograft collection.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Perez-Cruet serves as President of the Minimally Invasive Neurosurgical Society.
