Recently, we attended the European Academy of Otology & Neuro - Otology (EAONO 2024) in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
At the congress, Dr. Laura Ihalainen from Kuopio University Hospital (KUH) - Kuopion yliopistollinen sairaala (KYS), Finland presented new study data on Surgify Safety Burr.
The study investigated Surgify Safety Burr in comparison with traditional cutting burrs in a temporal bone setup, where participating surgeons evaluated the cutting properties, controllability and safety of the respective burr types.
We thank Dr. Ihalainen and the team in Kuopio for conducting the study and are looking forward to the publication.
